Our Process
Our flawless discovery, design and installation process has been honed to perfection over several years.
These are the steps we take to ensure you’ll be enjoying your garden room in no time:
Foundations
Solid and built to last. Our foundations cleverly consist of piling foundations, structural grade joist, 100mm insulation, and 22mm CaberFloor.
Walls & Roof
Structurally sound. Our wall make up 4 x 2 structural timbers. Roof SIP panels or timber joists depending on budget.
Exterior
Throughout all weathers. A breathable membrane is fitted to the exterior of the building then battens are applied, finished with a cladding of your choice.
Flooring
Walk this way. As we are fully bespoke we have a wide range of flooring options. As standard we fit 12mm laminate flooring or upgrade to a flooring of your choice. (prices vary)
Windows & Doors
Through the looking glass. We offer high spec windows and doors ranging from Aluminium profile to UPVC. These come in custom colours of your choice.
Interior
Welcome home. All of our rooms are complete with base coat paint, 6 way consumer unit, recessed spot lights, four brushed or polished chrome sockets, one Light switch and an electric wall mounted radiator as standard.
